RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

If the Customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered, then he/she needs to send us a mail to support@hamamat.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. The return shipping charges will be at the sole cost of the Customer.

We will refund the amount minus the order processing charges (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product to your debit/credit used during your order.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the full amount or replace the product as per customer's demand.

THE PROCESS

Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product in its original state and validate the return. On receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to the inspection phace. Failure to contact HAMAMAT AFRICA on time to arrange the return may lead to rejection or exchange/return requests.

Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 10 working days. If the returned product is however found not eligible for refund, we will ship the item back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of receiving the returned package from you. HAMAMAT AFRICA will not be liable for any damages that occur during return shipping.

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for such products.

The E.U Surcharges

1. “All packages to the E.U might incur custom charges which are country-specific”

2. In instances where cosmetic laws of the destination country results in the return of the package, service charges will be deducted for shipping and a refund made to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

If you unfortunately have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@hamamat.com.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by HAMAMAT AFRICA and accept HAMAMAT AFRICA’s decision regarding the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY HAMAMAT AFRICA

Please note that there may be certain orders that we wolndn't accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in orders being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
